How to create a Swing Easel Card with VIDEO

Today I am going to show you how to create a Swing Easel Card with a YouTube video and a PDF for you to download with all the metric and imperial measurements.

Card 1: This uses the Let’s Set Sail stamp set and coordinating Sailboat Builder Punch. The stamp set retires tomorrow 1 May 2023 but the punch will carry forward to the 2023 Annual Catalogue. Pool Party and Basic White cardstock together with Subtles DSP with Pool Party, Night of Navy, Flirty Flamingo and Fresh Freesia inks were used here.

Card 2: Like the first card, this one has a layer of DSP on the front of the card. Pretty Peacock and Very Vanilla cardstock together with Bright & Beautiful DSP were used with the Cheerful Daisies stamp set and matching dies.

Card 3: This one has no DSP on the front. It uses the Seasonal Branches stamp set and dies with Boho Blue and Basic White cardstock.
As I mentioned in the video, the bird on the right has been created using the Mirror Image or Reverse Stamping Technique. Stamp the bird with Memento Tuxedo Black onto the Silicon craft sheet. Flip the sheet over and press the image onto the cardstock.
I will have a detailed video on the technique next week to show how you can also die cut or punch the reverse image. The video will be linked back to this post.

Here is the PDF file with the measurements in both Metric and Imperial.

Check out the video to see how to cut and NOT to cut the cardstock. Here is the link – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjF5Jt5sjas.
