Quick and easy Christmas cards using Watercolor Christmas Part 2

Today is Part 2 using the Watercolor Christmas set to create quick and easy Christmas cards.. The set has 3 stylised trees, 3 large bold sentiments and a sentiment for the inside of the card.

There is a kit that you can purchase to use with the set, but I am going to show you how you can recreate similar looks without the kit.

Card 1 – two versions

Tips:

  • The difference between these two is that one of the wreaths has been stamped and the other uses two of the Boxwood Wreaths.
  • Supplies for the first card:
    • Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Real Red
    • Ink: Emerald Envy, Real Red, Early Espresso
    • Accessories: Everyday Label Punch, Gold Mini Sequin Trim, Dimensionals
    • Additional stamp set: Painted Harvest
  • Supplies for the second card:
    • Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Real Red
    • Ink: Early Espresso
    • Accessories: Boxwood Wreaths, Gold Mini Sequin Trim, Everyday Label Punch, Gold Metallic Enamel Shapes, Glue Dots

Card 2 – two versions

Tips:

  • This time the difference is hand drawn stripes using markers on the card base versus a layer of DSP.
  • Supplies for the first card:
    • Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Real Red
    • Ink: Emerald Envy, Real Red, Early Espresso
    • Accessories: Gold Mini Sequin Trim, Everyday Label Punch, Banner Triple Punch, Dimensionals
  • Supplies for the second card:
    • Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Quilted Christmas DSP
    • Ink: Early Espresso
    • Accessories: Everyday Label Punch, Gold Mini Sequin Trim, Dimensionals

I hope that these quick and easy cards will give you some inspiration to get your stash started. Please contact me if you would like any further information.
