fieldI am running behind on my blog posts this week -just don’t know where the time has gone. Today, I am sharing a card I made a few weeks ago for the Splitcoaststampers Technique Lovers Challenge TLC422 Monochromatic Madness.
I have used an old favourite card shape – centre step. You can find my tutorial for this here. I used a base of Naturals White, cut some Rose Red with the Finishing Touches Lace Edgelit, and added some Regal Rose DSP. The stem and leaf image from Field Flowers was stamped on DSP and card stock in Rose Red, and the flower head and bud were stamped on Whisper White, fussy cut and added with Glue dots. The sentiment from Itty Bitty Banners was stamped in Rose Red on Whisper White and cut with the Bitty Banners Framelits.
A very feminine monochromatic birthday card.
