Farewell to Charming Café – class projects

Last week, I gave you a sample of the soon to be retiring Charming Café Bundle.

Today, I have the projects made during last week’s class.

Card 1:

Tips:

  • For the first card, I have CASEd the design from the Occasions Catalogue. This is a trifold card showcasing many images and die cuts from the bundle.
  • The front of the card was created using Yellow Brusho Crystal Colour, Shimmery White Embossing Paste and the bricks design from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks.
  • Watercolor Pencils provided the subtle colouring.
  • When you open the card you can see the great diecut that cuts a window and the table and chairs – all in one go!

  • Here is the card fully open

Card 2:

Tips:

  • For this card, I have incorporated the Eclipse technique.
  • Supplies:
    • Cardstock: Thick Very Vanilla, Emerald Envy, Very Vanilla
    • Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Stampin’ Blends
    • Accessories: Layering Squares Framelits, Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Foam Adhesive Strips.

… simple inside

Card 3:

Tips:

  • The design for this one was also CASEd from the Occasions Catalogue.
  • This uses the new Whisper White Narrow Note Cards with the soon to be retiring Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.
  • Here you can see that there is also a die to cut just the table and chairs without the window. Some Gold Metallic Edge Ribbon was ‘swirled’ behind the diecut image.

Card 4:

Tips:

  • The design for this one was also CASEd from the Occasions Catalogue.
  • Again, this uses the new Whisper White Narrow Note Cards with the soon to be retiring Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.
  • Here you can see that there are also dies to cut the floral arrays without the frame.
