Are you looking for a quick and easy birthday card?

Tips:

• This card uses Sweet Sugarplum, Basic Gray and Whisper White cardstock, Sweet Sugarplum Designer Series Paper and Silver Glimmer Paper.
• The balloons have been punched with the Balloon Bouquet Punch and the banner cut with the Bunch of Banners Framelits.
• Whilst this is a very feminine card, you could easily change the Sweet Sugarplum cardstock to turn it into a masculine card.
