Black Tie with Poppy Parade and Punches

This is the challenge at Dynamic Duos today.

I have made a card purse which will hold 4 cards and envelopes. An elegant little gift for any occasion. The purse is Basic Black and the layers are Poppy Parade and Everyday Enchantment DSP. I made the flower from Basic Black, Poppy Parade and Very Vanilla card stock, punching out one of each using the 1-3/4″ Circle Scallop Punch. I broke up the fibres in each piece and separated them. They were then crunched up and opened. I layered them and added an Antique Brad to hold the layers together. A quick spray of Champagne Shimmer Mist to add sparkle, then the finished flower was attached to the purse with Crystal Effects.
