Embedded Embossing Paisley Petals

Challenge 182 on LateNightStampers is Embedded Embossing. This great technique is where you add cut out pieces to a base piece and then put it through an embossing folder. This technique is often known as Inlaid Embossing. Usually you would stamp images, cut them out and add them. Today I thought I would try something different.

I took one of the large flowers on the Paisley Petals DSP and cut it out. On a piece of Whisper White, I stamped the grass image from Inspired by Nature in River Rock. The flower image was then added together with a sentiment from Perfectly Penned. This was then put through the Square Lattice EF. The embossed piece was then added to Always Artichoke and then a base of Confetti White. A quick and easy card that provides a WOW factor.

Enjoy
