Today I have been playing with some new colours for Christmas. I also thought that instead of the usual size for cards, that is, two cards from one piece of A4 cardstock, I would try something slightly different. These three cards were made from one piece of A4 cardstock. The size is 7cm x 29.7cm (7cm x 14.85cm when folded). The question is are they too narrow or not? On viewing the finished products, I don’t think so. What about you?
I also toyed with tearing cardstock. As I am generally a tailored type of person, I found it difficult to adapt to this technique. Anyway, I gave it a go and I think I like the outcome. Here you can see that I have torn the top layer on two of the cards, then resorted to my usual, and cut a curve on the third one.
