March already! This year is flying by so I decided to try and get a little ahead. Today, I have a few cards which could be used for Mother’s Day. I have gone for the bright pinks down to the subtle pastels to suit different tastes. Check our my General Gallery for their ‘recipes’.
I have also prepared a notelet with its own vellum envelope. Using elements from the Simply Scrappin’ Sweet Nothings set, I have made a simple single layer note. I then sponged it with Old Olive, stamped a sentiment from Three Little Words, and added a piece of Kiwi Kiss/Very Vanilla satin ribbon through the top. Any special notes for Mum can be written on the back. The envelope uses vellum cardstock. I have punched out a half circle in the top of the front of the envelope so that the ribbon shows.
