Tips:
- Emboss a Coastal Cabana card base with the Seashells 3D EF. Attach a strip of By the Bay Specialty DSP along the left hand side.
- Stamp a sentiment with Night of Navy ink on Basic White cardstock. Trim and attach to a Night of Navy layer. Add to the card using Dimensionals.
