Paper Piecing with Beautiful You and VIDEO

Today I am sharing a technique known as Paper Piecing. It uses Designer Series Paper to create an elegant look with outline stamps.

The first card has the image stamped on Whisper White and DSP added to her dress and hat.

The second card has the image stamped on DSP and different DSP is used for her hat and dress.

Tips:

  • The first card uses Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, and Whisper White cardstock and Sending Love DSP. Basic Gray and Smoky Slate inks, with some pearls and Dimensionals complete the picture.
  • The second card has a Soft Sky card base which has been embossed with the Elegant Dots TIEF. Wisteria Wonder cardstock is used to layer the Falling in Love DSP art panel and provide the sentiment. DSP from the Subtles DSP Stack was used to piece her dress and hat.
  • I have created a video to show you step by step how to use this technique.

Please consider liking my video and subscribing to my YouTube Channel to be the first to see my new creations.

I would be happy to hold a workshop for you, or even an online ‘party’. Send me an email if you are interested.
