Some autumn colours for the Artful Stampers Team Challenge Blog Hop this week.
I created a mask on a piece of Whisper White, leaving a 4cm opening in the middle. This was sponged with Cajun Craze, Tangelo Twist and Pear Pizzazz. The trees from Lovely As A Tree were stamped twice using Mossy Meadow across the sponged background. Linen Thread was wrapped around the art panel which was then attached to a base of Thick Whisper White. The green border you can see was made by swiping the Mossy Meadow ink pad around the edges of the base before adding the art panel. A great trick which gives the illusion of another layer. The ‘Hello’ was die cut from the Greetings Thinlits and coloured with the matching markers.
Supplies used:
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White, Whisper White
Ink: Cajun Craze, Tangelo Twist, Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow
Stamps: Lovely As A Tree
Accessories: Greetings Thinlits, Linen Thread, Sponge Daubers
