I suddenly realised that I haven’t made many Christmas cards this year. Usually by this time, I have most of them made.
Here is a CAS card made using the retired Statement of the Heart sentiment. I embossed a piece of Smoky Slate with the Northern Flurry TIEF and added Dazzling Details Silver Sparkle to parts of the snow flakes – very sparkly IRL. After cutting ticket corners, I layered it onto a base of Island Indigo, and added some more of the Dazzling Details to create a frame.
I love Smoky Slate and Island Indigo together. They make a pretty Christmas theme. You will see more of this colour scheme when the Holiday Catalogue goes live in September.
