I was recently asked to make a full A4 size birthday card for a 60th birthday. The only instructions were that it had to have lots of colour.
Secret Garden was the perfect stamp set for this one. I stamped flowers from the set tone on tone with Summer Starfruit, Island Indigo, Rich Razzleberry and Tangerine Tango, and then cut them with the matching framelits. The leaves were cut using Gumball Green. These were all arranged in a large bouquet around the bottom left hand corner of the A4 Pool Party Card. A piece of Tangerine Tango ribbon from the Sycamore Street collection [retired SAB] was placed along the top. The sentiment from Memorable Moments was inked in Island Indigo on Whisper White and cut with a Labels Framelit. The next size label was cut with Island Indigo to create a layered effect.
A very colourful card which I am sure the recipient is going to love.
