I have been working on a techniques book for a while now, so that I can keep track of all the different things I have learned. Today I made a technique page and a card as well using bleach. It has been quite some time since I used this technique.
A piece of Wisteria Wonder was stamped in Versamark with the flowers from Elements of Style, and then heat embossed with Black EP. I then used a fine brush and added bleach onto the image. On the Wisteria, the bleached parts turned a pale pink. I layered this onto Very Vanilla, and Perfect Plum embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots TIEF before adding to a Naturals Ivory base. The sentiment from Itty Bitty Banners was stamped in Perfect Plum on Very Vanilla and cut with a Bitty Banners Framelit. This was layered onto Perfect Plum which had been cut with the same Framelit.
A very elegant card.
