Elegant Pirouette Serene Silhouettes

Have you seen the absolutely amazing projects that Connie Stewart produces? She provides such great inspiration, especially with her Flash Card series. Today, I have CASED an elegant Serene Silhouette card.

The base of Very Vanilla was stamped with the “flower head” image from Serene Silhouettes and then it and a piece of Pink Pirouette were embossed with the Lacy Brocade TIEF. Both pieces were sponged with Crumb Cake and then the pink piece was torn across the top. The tear lines on both pieces of the pink were also sponged with Crumb Cake. Butterflies from Papillon Potpourri were stamped with Pink Pirouette on Very Vanilla and then the small one was fussy cut [the punch for that one is still on my wish list], and the larger one punched with the Elegant Butterfly punch. Some Basic Jewel pearls were added to the butterflies before they were adhered to the card with dimensionals. A piece of the new Natural Trim ribbon was knotted across the front.

In case you are wondering, the small piece of Pink Pirouette that was torn off was added to the inside of the card. Thanks Connie for your wonderful videos and never ending inspiration.
