My set and FREE kit arrived yesterday and I thought I would put a few cards together to show different ways of using the Simply Sent kit. The kit comes with 10 8.6cm x 11.6cm note cards, 10 double-sided envelopes 12.1cm x 8.7cm, 20 printed paper buttons, 10 pieces of Whisper White/Real Red Baker’s Twine each 25.4cm [colour of twine exclusive to this kit], and 24 Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This is what the kit will make without any additional supplies. Here is the envelope open with a note card…

…..and here is the envelope closed.

I then took one of the envelopes, cut some flowers with the Floral Frames Framelits, and a piece with the Finishing Touches Lace Edgelit. I took some Real Red card stock and ran it through the Perfect Polka Dots TIEF and added the flowers, Edgelit piece backed with Whisper White, some of the Baker’s Twine and a sentiment [from the My LIttle Valentine set] inked in Real Red on Whisper White and punched out with the Little Labels Punch Pack .

I then made a second card, again with a Real Red base. This one uses one of the notecards, some butterflies [cut from part of the same envelope] with the Embosslits Beautiful Wings, more of the same envelope and another sentiment from the My Little Valentine set.

Two quick, clean and simple cards and I still have 9 of the notecards and envelopes left, plus some of the envelope I cut up.
