Mixed Bunch Rose Red Ghosting

Ghosting or Versamark Resist is a great technique that takes very little time to produce a great finish.

I took a piece of glossy white card stock and stamped some images from Mixed Bunch in Versamark. After allowing it to dry, I sponged all over the piece with Rose Red ink. A quick wipe with a paper towel completes the technique. What happens is that the Versamark images ‘resist’ the ink and create a ghosting effect. I layered this with Rose Red and attached it to a Naturals Ivory card base. The base was cut with the Adorning Accents Scallop Edgelit and then embossed with the matching EF. A piece of Rose Red was adhered to the bottom inside of the card to highlight the scalloped edge. One of the Four Frames images and a sentiment from Party This Way were stamped in Rose Red on Very Vanilla and punched with the Decorative Label Punch, layered with Rose Red and attached with dimensionals.
