Check out this cute embossing folder called Petals-a-Plenty. It is perfect for Christmas cards.
Here I have used it for the card background and again over the main image. You can see the fine detail here. For the sentiment, I used the Petite Pennants Builder Punch to create the ‘pennant’, and added some home made bling (see tutorial here) using Crystal Effects and red Fine Galaxy Glitter. The centre of the sentiment pennant has been raised with a dimensional.
The tree has been heat embossed using Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. It is not easy to see here, but looks very sparkly IRL. Have a look at the complete card.
