On page 42 on the 2025 September-December Mini Catalogue there is a template and sample ideas for using a One Sheet Wonder. This is the template and I have used it today with a sheet of the Florals in Bloom DSP to create six cards.
Card 1: This one uses a Blending Brush to add colour to the DSP. I added a light layer of Cloud Cover ink. The card base is Cloud Cover and the Sentiment panel is Berry Burst. The sentiment is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies.
Card 2: Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers were used to colour some of the images on the DSP. For my take, I have added outlines around some of the flowers and leaves as there was enough colour already in the DSP. The card base is Petunia Pop and the sentiment layer is Berry Burst. The sentiment is from Country Birdhouse.
Card 3: Here there are images fussy cut from the DSP and added to a Berry Burst card base. The ‘garden’ folder from the Glass & Garden Embossing Folders was used on the card base. After embossing the image was lightly coloured by dragging the Berry Burst ink pad over the raised areas. The sentiment is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies.
Card 4: In the catalogue sample a large die was used on the DSP to create interest. The DSP that I used didn’t really work to do that so I just used a piece as well as some strips of the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper. The card base is Petunia Pop and the sentiment is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies.
Card 5: The idea here was to stamp directly on the DSP. I didn’t on this one as there was enough interest in the patterns. The card base is Cloud Cover with the sentiment layer Bubble Bath. The sentiment is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies.
Card 6: Dressing up the pattern of the DSP was the theme for this one. I added a plaid effect to the striped piece of Cloud Cover DSP with matching Stampin’ Blends. To add to the texture I embossed the Berry Burst card base with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. The banner panel is Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper and the sentiment is from Itty Bitty Greetings.
