Beautiful Cards using Charming Days

The Charming Days Bundle is available as an Online Exclusive set of products. There are beautiful rose and leaf images as well as dies to cut the images and more dies that are stand alone.

Card 1: The image on the left was stamped, coloured with Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers (Real Red, Poppy Parade, Mossy Meadow and Soft Sea Foam) and die cut. The leaves and rose on the right are die cut images (not stamped). These were also coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. The card base of Basic Beige has two layers of embossing – the first is a full layer using the Damask Designs Embossing Folder and then there is a strip embossed with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. The flowers covered in Wink of Stella were layered onto one of the Touch of Gold Tags and some Rhinestones were added for extra sparkle.

Card 2: This is almost a one layer card. The images were stamped multiple times using Masking Paper and coloured with Stampin’ Blends (Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, Calypso Coral, Mossy Meadow, Soft Sea Foam, Real Red, Melon Mambo and Bubble Bath). Blending Brushes were used to add a Balmy Blue background. the white images were die cut and attached to a Soft Sea Foam 1-7/8″ circle. The sentiment is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder. Rhinestones coloured with Real Red Stampin’ Blends add some sparkle.

Card 3: The background is Early Espresso Two-Tone Cardstock. It was die cut with two Everyday Arches Dies. The thin frame was used on the inside of the card and the two large arches were run through the Exposed Brick 3D EF and then sanded to bring out the white core on the embossing. Both arches were then added to a Basic Beige card base. That huge white image is from one of the stand alone dies whilst the other image is the same used on the previous cards. The sentiment is from Blooming Phrases.

Card 4: The single rose on this one is another of the stand alone dies and was coloured with Blackberry Bliss, Highland Heather, Old Olive and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends. The background layer of Smoky Slate was embossed with the Joined Together 3D EF and added to a Blackberry Bliss card base. The vases were die cut with Kintsugi Inspirations Specialty DSP and Inspiring Imperfections Dies. The filigree pieces were die cut with Blackberry Bliss cardstock and the same die set. The sentiment is from Blooming Phrases.

Card 5: A vintage look here using the retired Heirloom Frames 3D EF and matching Heirloom oval die. The stand alone die cut image has a bit of a twist. A piece of an Iridescent Treat Bag was attached to Basic White cardstock with Adhesive Sheets before die cutting the floral image and the leaf image. The flowers were left with the iridescent colour and the leaves were coloured with the Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends. The iridescence shines through the green so that the whole image is sparkling. The background layer was embossed with the Damask Designs EF as was the flap of the envelope and a small part at the base of the inside layer. The embossed oval was highlighted using Blending Brushes and Smoky Slate ink and attached with Dimensionals. The inner oval was stamped with an Elements of Text image.
