A few years ago I came across a Framed Half Hexagonal Pop Up Card on YouTube by Iced Images. I had just been asked to make an 80th birthday card for a friend and thought that this would be a great design. This is the card that I made for her. It was 7½” high by 8″ wide when lying flat.
Lately this design has been appearing all over the internet under many varied names. I decided that I would make some too – changing the original measurements so that the card would fit into a standard C6 envelope. In my endeavours I have made some landscape as well as some portrait versions. Today I am showcasing the portrait versions.

Card 1: This one uses Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and Dies, Wildflower Designs Stamp Set, Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder, Basic White and Crushed Curry Cardstock and Bloom Impressions DSP.

Card 2: This one uses Happy Hibiscus Stamp Set and Hybrid EF and Dies, Everyday Greetings Stamp Set, Memorable Blooms Dies, Basic White and Berry Burst Cardstock and Beautiful Bokeh DSP.

Card 3: This one uses Memorable Blooms Stamp Set and Dies, Basic White, Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy Cardstock and Shades and Hues DSP and the Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder.

… looking at the different views of my original card – standing. flat, back and top down.

I will have my landscape versions to show you on Wednesday morning.
