Earlier in the week I showcased some quick and easy cards using the FREE Sale-a-Bration Stamp Set Corner in Bloom. Today I am using another image from this set to create a set of Locking Gate Fold Cards.
All use With You in Mind stamp set for the sentiment and a die from Stylish Shapes for the front panel. The DSP on each card is from Bloom Impressions – another FREE product with qualifying sales during Sale-a-Bration. The images were coloured with Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.
Card 1: Balmy Blue card base with Azure Afternoon inset piece.
Card 2: Peach Pie card base with Calypso Coral inset piece.
Card 3: Fresh Freesia card base with Berry Burst inset piece.
Card 4: Pretty in Pink card base with Melon Mambo inset piece.
- Measurements
- Card Base: 16.9cm x 14.8cm score at 3.2cm from each end on the long side (7” x 5½” score at 1⅜” from each end on the long side)
- Inset Piece: 6.8cm x 14.8cm (2¾” x 5½”)
- Designer Series Paper for inset piece: 3.4cm x 14.8cm (1⅜” x 5½’)
- Inside Neutral Layer: 9.5cm x 13.8cm (4” x 5¼”)
- Scrap for shaped layer – use any shape (I have used a square from the Stylish Shapes Dies)
