Add some WOW to your Christmas cards with these easy fun fold cards.
Card 1: This is a standard Z Fold card. Fold the card base in half and then fold the front half back on itself. Add an art panel that is half on the folded back and hanging over the ‘inside’. For this unusual colour, I brayered a layer of Real Red ink and then a layer of Shaded Spruce ink over the top on a Thick Basic White card base.. White Pearlized Enamel Effects were added over the edge. This picked up the hybrid colour and added shine too. The label shapes are from Something Fancy Dies and the sentiment is from Sentimental Wishes. Winter Meadow DSP was used on the right hand panel and the envelope,

Card 2: Another easy fun fold – a Diagonal Joy Fold. Cut your A4 / Letter cardstock in half lengthwise and score in half. Cut from the top of the fold to the lower left of the open card case. Decorate the front triangle and the upper triangle on the inside. Take a piece of Basic White 7cm x 10cm (3″ x 4″) and fold in half. Attach to the ‘inside’ of the card so that it folds over the outer triangle.

Card 3: This one is a Criss Cross Fun Fold. Start the same as the Joy Fold – cut your A4 / Letter cardstock in half lengthwise and score in half. Cut from the top of the fold to the lower left of the open card case. Decorate the front triangle that is attached to the card base. Turn the triangle that you cut off around, decorate it and attach to the front. Decorate the inside and envelope. Add a panel 7cm x 5cm (3″ x 2″) across the ‘criss cross’.
Cardstock used was Always Artichoke (or Mossy Meadow), Basic White, Season of Green & Gold Specialty DSP, Regal Distressed Patterns Specialty DSP. Inks were Wild Wheat (looks like gold!) and Cherry Cobbler.
