One of the pretty new stamp sets in the Annual Catalogue is Poised Peony. The outline images allow for so many ways to colour.
Today I have used Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers to colour the images and then showcased them on a variety of card styles.

Card 1:
This is a simple one layer look. A strip of Bright & Beautiful DSP was added to the right hand edge of a Thick Basic White card base. The images were coloured with Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink, Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends, fussy cut and attached to the card base. Splatters of Pretty Peacock ink and some Adhesive Backed Birds provide some interest. The sentiment is from Simply Said.

Card 2:
This one has multiple layers. The card base is Wild Wheat with a Thoughtful Journey DSP layer. The images were coloured with Azure Afternoon and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends, fussy cut and attached to Basic White and Wild Wheat layers. Splatters of Wild Wheat ink and an Adhesive Backed Dragonfly provide some interest. The sentiment is from Simply Said.

Card 3:
A simple Z fold was used for this card. Take a standard Calypso Coral card base, score in half and at 3cm for metric (1¼” for imperial size). Fold back on the first score line. Add (Petal Pink) Subtles DSP to the left hand front and right hand inside. The images were coloured with Calypso Coral, Petal Pink, Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends, fussy cut and attached to a Basic White layer which was die cut with an Everyday Details Die. This was added on the folded back panel – centred on the front. A Linen Thread bow and some Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequins provide interest.

Card 4:
For my last card today I have created a Centre Step Card with a Petunia Pop card base and Subtles (Fresh Freesia) DSP. The images were coloured with Petunia Pop, Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends and fussy cut. The leaves were attached directly to the DSP and the flower heads were attached with Dimensionals. Old Olive Linen Thread was used for a bow over the stems. Some Brushed Brass Butterflies add some interest. The sentiment was die cut with one of the Spotlight on Nature Dies and attached with Dimensionals.
