Looking to create a very handmade Christmas card? Grab some sponge daubers, watercolor paper and ink pads and you are ready to go.

Tips:
- Use a pencil and lightly outline the tree shape.
- Take a few different green ink pads (Old Olive, Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam) with some sponge daubers and gradually fill in the shape. You can see how I added definition to the tree layers with the edges of the daubers.
- I used Shimmery Crystal Effects and Silver Glass Glitter to create the tinsel and added an adhesive backed star on the top.
- Ground the tree with a Water Painter and some Smoky Slate ink.
- Watercolor a sky with Balmy Blue ink and a Water Painter.
- Add a few stamped leaves and a sentiment.
