Multiple images using Masking Technique

Today I have used a masking technique to stamp the same image three times.

Tips:

  • Use a die or punch approximately 3cm square to cut three squares on a sheet of masking paper.
  • Line up the masking paper on a piece of Basic White and sponge over the negative squares with Crumb Cake ink, Keep the mask in place and stamp the leaf image over the sponging with Wild Wheat, Pecan Pie and Cajun Craze inks.
  • Remove the mask and stamp the sentiment with Cajun Craze and Wild Wheat inks.
  • Die cut the dots/stripes panel with Pecan Pie cardstock and add over the sentiment.
  • Layer the art panel onto a Pecan Pie card base.
  • Supplies:
    • Stamp Set: Botanical Layers, Biggest Wish
    • Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Basic White
    • Ink: Crumb Cake, Wild Wheat, Pecan Pie, Cajun Craze
    • Accessories: Irresistible Blooms Dies, Blending Brushes
