Today I used the Textured Floral stamp set to create a collage style card. I then started playing around and decided to try some masking with the floral images. Click on the image below to go to my online shop.
Card 1:
For this one I stamped the images individually using Sweet Sorbet, Cherry Cobbler, Pecan Pie and Mossy Meadow inks. The art panel is layered on Basic Black on a Sweet Sorbet card base.
Card 2:
This time I stamped the smallest floral image with Misty Moonlight, masked it then stamped the next image, masked again and stamped the largest image for the images at the bottom of the panel. The top right image only has the smallest and next size masked. Calypso Coral was used for the other floral images with Mossy Meadow for the leaves and Pecan Pie for the ‘dots’. The art panel was layered onto Basic Black and a Misty Moonlight card base.
What a difference between the two don’t you think? I can’t actually decide. Let me know which you prefer.
