Trellis Card with Dainty Delight

Today I have a fancy fold card that has been called a ‘blind’ or a trellis card. I am going to call it a trellis card as I think that it looks more like that.

Tips:

  • Cut a piece 9cm long from the front of a standard tent card base.
  • Cut 5 x 1.5cm pieces and 2 x 0.75cm pieces from the 9cm piece.
  • Close the card base and use some washi tape to hold the front of the card and add the 1.5cm pieces starting at the bottom.
  • Adhere the 0.75cm pieces to hold the 1.5cm pieces to the card front.
  • Stamp, colour and die cut images of choice and attach to the trellis.
  • Add a sentiment and embellishments.
  • On the inside of the card attach a piece of DSP 9.5cm along the base so that it can be seen through the trellis when the card is closed.
  • Supplies:
    • Stamp Set: Dainty Delight, Beautifully Happy
    • Cardstock: Thick Basic White, Neutrals DSP
    • Ink: Mossy Meadow, Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers
    • Accessories: Dragonfly Trinkets, Dainty Delight Dies
