Happy birthday Jess. I hope you love this card and cake. The card is made using a technique called Waterfall card. As you pull on the ribbon the flowers cascade down – giving a waterfall effect. See the card in my Birthday gallery for the recipe. The tealight cake uses a battery operated tealight covered with Cottage Wall DSP.
