Many happy returns to my nephew Matt and my friend Sandra who have both celebrated birthdays in the past week.

Matt’s card was made with Very Vanilla and Handsome Hunter cardstock. I stamped Print Pattern and Happy Moments in Handsome Hunter ink. A simple, yet very effective male card.

Sandra’s card is very feminine, using Whisper White and Melon Mambo cardstock. I used the new SU Textured Impressions Manhattan Flower Embossing Flower and then stamped the sentiment from Vintage Labels with Basic Black ink. To finish it, I used a piece of white taffeta ribbon around the base. Again, simple, yet elegant.
