Don’t they say that time flies when you are having fun? The last week has certainly flown. It only seems like yesterday that I was visiting my sister at Widgee and doing some card making with her. At least she managed to get all her creations uploaded. Here are a few very different cards that I have put together over the last few weeks.

The wheat coloured card was a sympathy card for a dear friend of mine. I didn’t think that a sentiment on the outside fitted, so I stamped it on the inside.
Supplies used were:
Cardstock: KaiserCard Wheat, SU Very Vanilla, Not Quite Navy, Mellow Moss
Ink: Not Quite Navy, Mellow Moss
Stamps: Oh, So Lovely
Accessories: Bazzill Basics Monochromatic Greens ribbon, Clear EP

The idea for this birthday card came from a KWerner Color Inspiration (#52) combined with a sketch from a Mojo Monday (Week 85) sketch. Unfortunately, I was too late to enter the challenges but I still thought I would try them. Both challenges are just that! They really make you think outside your comfort zone.
Supplies used were:
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Sahara Sand, More Mustard, So Saffron, White
Stamps: Echoes of Kindness, Natural Beauty, Artee Happy Birthday
Ink: More Mustard, Sahara Sand, So Saffron
Accessories: Superfine Glitter, Corner Punch, dimensionals

FIrstly, I must apologise for the photo of this one. It does not do it justice. I must have taken a dozen or so photos trying to show the true nature of this one. I made this one as an engagement card. IRL it looks quite elegant.
Supplies used were:
Cardstock: Bravo Burgundy, Basic Black,
Stamps: Friendship Blooms
Ink: Grant Studios Metallic Red
Accessories: Silver Rubon, Ribbon
Enjoy your week.
