Welcome to the RemARKably Creative Anything but the Holidays Blog Hop.
You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog, Annette Sullivan (Lavender Thoughts), or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup in the link below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Annette Sullivan (Lavender Thoughts).
This Blog Hop is to show you that the products in the Holiday Catalogue can be used for projects other than for Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.
I have 2 cards for you today.
This first card uses one of the dies from the Card Front Builder Thinlits, Merry Little Christmas DSP and some Black Rhinestone Jewels, all from the Holiday Catalogue.
The DSP has been layered onto a Thick Whisper White card base. The Stylized Birthday image has been stamped in Old Olive ink to match the DSP.
This would make a great masculine birthday card don’t you think?
This second card uses Quilted Christmas DSP and the Quilt Top Textured Impressions
Embossing Folder from the Holiday Catalogue.
The Thick Very Vanilla card base was embossed with the new TIEF. The Layering Squares Framelits cut out the DSP and Blushing Bride, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party layers. The sentiment is from Soft Sayings.
Such a soft, feminine look – not at all ‘Christmassy’.
So when you look at the products in the new Holiday Catalogue, think outside the square and see how else you could use them.
Thank you for visiting our blog tour. I am sure you will agree with me that there are lots of amazing ideas and inspiration for you to digest. You are at my blog Annette Sullivan (Lavender Thoughts), so click on the blue icon below to see who is next in the list.
